We believe effectiveness is not related to skill alone. It is related to having wisdom of when and how to use your skills. Through lectures and worship times, worship teams, and one-on-ones, we hope to increase your effectiveness. We also have weekly academic assignments that require written skills as well as graded oral presentations to help develop your speaking ability in front of people. Worship ministry is so much more than music. We are not a music school, and if you are expecting a lot of musical training in the School of Worship, you may be disappointed. We believe the best way to increase effectiveness is through greater intimacy and obedience to God, greater understanding of how to work on worship teams.

3. Worship Leaders & Teams…

Our school focuses on worship leaders and worship team members. That means our emphasis is in training people who are called into worship ministry. This would include singers, musicians, dancers, artists, sound-engineers and others who know they have a calling that is in the worship area.

4. For missions and Ministries…

Our heart is to train and send teams of worshipers into the nations to bring the presence and power of God into every situation through worshiping and obeying Him. The very heart of our mission is "To know Him and make Him known." We are in a battle to make the name of Jesus known among the nations. "We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God…" (2 Cor. 10:5).

Whether you go directly into missions or back into a home church situation, we believe that every worship leader / team member should have the heart of a warrior and intercessor. That is a person who is compelled by the love of Jesus to bring God's kingdom to all the earth and to every nation. "Let the people praise Thee, O God; let all the peoples praise Thee!" (Psalm 67:5) We want to produce world changers in worship ministry. Not every musician is called into worship ministry, because the essence of worship is not music. We do believe in the pursuit of musical excellence, but we are more concerned that a true understanding of worship is achieved in your worship teams and a greater sensitivity to spiritual realities is developed. That is the emphasis of the school. We are wanting to produce "prophetic pioneers", ones who will go ahead and lead others in the word of the Lord - people who are flexible, sensitive to, and able to deliver the word of the Lord in different geographic, cultural, denominational, racial situations.
