Welcome to Workers Gathering 2026
Practical Information

If you are coming for Workers Gathering only you will need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow and bed sheets. There will be mattresses provided for you.
There are some exceptions, please contact the contact person from you base if you have questions about this.

As we will be many people gathered together, we need everyone to be considerate when it comes to hygiene and sickness.
If you are sick before arrival, we kindly ask you to stay home and follow the WG through the streaming provided.
If you get sick during WG, stay in your room and get a friend to bring food to you.
Always use hand sanitizer before eating and washing hands regularly. -
Registration for Circles opens up at 11:00 on Thursday in the cafe.
Registration for Workers Gathering opens up at 15:00 on Friday in the barn.

There will be transportation for those of you that have signed up for it between Stange station and Grimerud.

If the weather is sunny, all attendees will be able to serve themselves at mealtimes.
The meals will be served in different groups according to you last name.
Group 1: A-K
Group 2: L-Z(Æ, Ø, Å)There will be a different colored wristband to easily show what group you are in. We kindly ask you to respect this.
It will not be possible to sign up for single meals.
Please follow the type of food plan you signed up for. -
The meetings will be streamed for people not attending the meetings.

You are welcome to bring your children to the meetings, but please be mindful that they do not disturb the meetings.
There will be streaming in the overflow room as well and parents can follow the meeting from the overflow room, if that works better for you and your kids.
There will be a bouncing castle for children made available outside. Parents will be responsible to take turns by the castle, to keep the children safe while using it. The castle will only be available for the children when there are responsible adults watching over it.
